Application Process

Full Sail Realty is aware of the competitive nature of many property management companies who view application fees as an income stream, and with fairness in mind, we have developed a 2 stage application process to most effectively screen our Tenants for potential safety concerns and time-wasting efforts prior to the initial showing, as well as most effect vetting process for Tenants to whom we eventually will Lease the property.

The primary Tenants are required to fill out our application PRIOR to having us contact them to set up a showing for the property. We strive to do this within 1-2 business days of receipt of their application. We do charge a $10 fee to submit the application. We use this information to run a preliminary screening through our ForWarn subscription to check for criminal background and eviction records that would keep them from being approved, while also reviewing income and household information that is disclosed on the application to make sure that they will qualify to rent.

Once we show the Tenant the property and determine that they wish to move forward, we then collect the second part of the credit screening fee of $35 per applicant which allows us to work with TransUnion to determine credit scores, we will also verify references, employment, income sources and other due diligence prior to validating their application. Once the application is approved through FSR, we will send it to our owners for final approvals.

Please keep in mind that we do comply with all FEDERAL FAIR HOUSING laws which preclude us from discriminating against any potential Tenant for Race, Religion, National Origin, Familial status, Sex, or Handicap status.
