Obligo

Full Sail Realty of NWFL uses Obligo to replace the traditional security deposits charged to Tenants. We allow Tenants to pay a much smaller flat fee to Obligo which keeps more money in their pockets and makes our properties more competitive against other management companies.

Obligo charges a small “flat fee” and makes contractual arrangements directly with the Tenants to cover the costs of any future damages or unpaid rents due to early move-outs.

Obligo pays Full Sail within 4 business days of our request and then works with Tenants to get reimbursed for any outstanding monies owed after move-out, allowing us to get repairs completed and get properties re-rented as quickly as possible.
